The following forms must be completed in there entirety. Prerequiset for volunteering in Journey land.
Journey land Background Form – print
- This form must be signed, dated and completed with your social security number.
- Background checks take approximately 24-48 hrs. to be processed.
- No one is allowed to volunteer in Journey land until this form is completed and approved by the Director.
- This information is kept confidential.
volunteer-application- print
- This form must be completed in it’s entirety. Form will be returned if not completed.
- Complete name, address, phone number, email address is required including zip codes.
- All three references are to be completed with addresses and zip code. Complete phone numbers are required.
- A reference letter will be sent to all three references. This letter will ask general questions about your performance such as, are you on time. They will have and area to rate you 1-5 for example.
- This is one part of the volunteer process and will have a portion regarding determination for volunteer positions.
- This information is kept confidential, it is posted into our church data base, fellowship one. Only TrueNorth leaders are permitted to access this information and must sign a confidentiality form before given passwords.
